To install Noom, just head to the App Store (iOS), or the Google Play Store (Android).
Our app is currently available for Android and iOS devices.
- The requirement to use Noom on Android devices is to have Android version 6 and above. However, we strongly recommend being on Android 11 or later as Android 10 and below can experience performance issues.
- The requirements to use Noom on iOS devices are iOS version 15.6 and above and an iPhone 6s or better.
- For optimal performance, we also recommend that your device has at least 3 GB of free space.
Please note that our app isn’t available for Windows Phones, Chromebooks, Kindle, or desktops.
Once you have installed Noom, please launch the app and sign in using the email address you used to sign up for the program. If you signed up using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, select those log-in options instead.
