How to Log, Edit, and Delete Your Weight

Log Weight

You can log your weight using the Weigh In task card on the home screen, the Track More Habits menu on the home screen, or while viewing your weight graph.

Weigh In Task Card

To log your weight using the Weigh In task card on the home screen:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Weigh In task card on the home screen.
  2. Tap pounds, kilograms, or stones above the ruler to select the correct unit of measure.
  3. Slide your finger left or right across the ruler to select the weight you need to log.
  4. Tap Log to log your weight.

Track More Habits Menu

To log your weight using the Track More Habits menu on the home screen:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Track More Habits menu on the home screen.
  2. Tap Weight.
  3. Tap pounds, kilograms, or stones above the ruler to select the correct unit of measure.
  4. Slide your finger left or right across the ruler to select the weight you need to log.
  5. Tap Log to log your weight.

Weight Graph

To log your weight while viewing your weight graph:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Progress tab at the bottom of the home screen to open the weight graph.
  2. Scroll down to the Weight section and tap See Full Graph.
  3. Tap the + symbol at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap pounds, kilograms, or stones above the ruler to select the correct unit of measure.
  5. Slide your finger left or right across the ruler to select the weight you need to log.
  6. Tap Log to log your weight.

Edit a Logged Weight

To edit a logged weight:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Progress tab at the bottom of the home screen to open the weight graph.
  2. Scroll down to the Weight section and tap See Full Graph.
  3. Swipe left or right on the weight graph to locate the weight you want to edit.
  4. Tap the bullet dot for the weight you need to edit and you’ll see the weight in large numbers appear above the dot.
  5. Tap the weight that appears in large numbers.
  6. Slide your finger left or right across the ruler to select the correct weight.
  7. Tap Update to save changes.

Please note that if the weight changes back to a different amount, this means that your weight is being synced in from another app and can’t be changed. You may have to open that other app and change it from there. However, it won’t delete it from the Noom app in most instances.

Delete a Logged Weight

To delete a logged weight:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Progress tab at the bottom of the home screen to open the weight graph.
  2. Scroll down to the Weight section and tap See Full Graph.
  3. Swipe left or right on the weight graph to locate the weight you want to delete.
  4. Tap the bullet dot for the weight you need to edit and you’ll see the weight in large numbers appear above the dot.
  5. Tap the weight that appears in large numbers.
  6. Tap Delete to delete the logged weight.

Please note that if the Delete option isn’t available or the weight changes back to a different amount, this means that your weight is being synced in from another app and can’t be deleted. You may have to open that other app and delete it from there. However, it won’t delete it from the Noom app in most instances.
