How to Log Exercise (Android)

There are 2 ways to log an exercise depending on whether or not you have the Move task card pinned to your home screen.

Move Task Card Pinned to Home Screen

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Move/Walk task card on the home screen.
  2. Tap + Movement
  3. Choose the exercise you want to log.
  4. Adjust the exercise input fields (Duration, Distance, Calories, etc).
  5. Tap Save

Move Task Card Not Pinned to Home Screen

  1. Open the Noom app and tap Track More Habits at the bottom of the home screen.
  2. Tap Movement
  3. Tap + Movement
  4. Choose the exercise you want to log.
  5. Adjust the exercise input fields (Duration, Distance, Calories, etc).
  6. Tap Save

Let’s use Walking as an example:

You can specify the distance of your walk, the amount of time your exercise took, and even leave notes for yourself. Don’t worry, we’ll calculate the calories you burned! Other exercises have an intensity option as well, so you can tell us the activity level. More intensity equals a greater calorie burn!
