Getting in Touch with a Telehealth Clinician

How do I contact my clinician?

You can ask your Care Coordinator to connect you with a clinician via the Care Team in-app chat feature, similar to how you send messages in your Coach chat. You should see the option for your Care Team chat in the same location in your app as your other in-app messaging options.

What haven’t I heard back from my clinician yet?

Our Clinical team is hard at work to make sure each patient is given the care and attention they deserve! It’s important to remember that while this feature looks like an instant message, these messages are more like emails and you’ll typically hear back from a clinician within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard from a clinician in more than 24 hours, please let us know.
