How to Edit or Delete a Logged Exercise (Android)

Edit a Logged Exercise

To edit an exercise you logged on the current or previous day:

  1. Open the Noom app. If you need to edit an exercise you logged on a previous day, use the back arrow to the left of the days of the week at the top of the screen to scroll back to the correct day.
  2. If the Move task card is pinned to your home screen, tap the Move task card. If the Move task card isn’t pinned to your home screen, tap Track More Habits and then tap Movement.
  3. Select the exercise you need to edit.
  4. Edit any of the available fields (ex: exercise type, duration, intensity, distance, calories).
  5. Tap Save.

Please note that you can only edit exercises that were manually logged in the Noom app. If an exercise was synced in from another app, you’ll have to open the other app and edit it from there.

Delete a Logged Exercise

At this time, it’s not possible to delete a previously logged exercise. However, you can manually adjust all the data for the logged exercise (duration, intensity, distance, calories) to 0 using the steps above to edit a logged exercise. If an exercise was synced in from another app, you’ll have to open the other app and delete it from there.
