Login Issues & Coaching Support Delays 

1. We conducted routine maintenance recently, which may have prevented Android users from accessing the app or resetting your password. The maintenance is complete. The new version of the Noom App (11.0.4) should now be available in the Google Play store. Once you install the updated version of the app, these issues should be resolved. 

2. We understand some users are experiencing delays in response time from their Coaching team. Our Coaching team is working diligently to ensure all Noomers are receiving coaching support that meets their needs and goals, and we appreciate your patience. If you haven’t already, you should receive a response from the Coaching team within the next 5 business days.
